About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in HTML5 Banner Development and WordPress to join our development team. In this role, you'll work on building interactive digital advertising experiences and responsive web solutions for global brands. You'll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven digital campaigns while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and an excellent user experience.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesHTML5 Banner & Rich Media Development
- Develop high-quality HTML5 display ads and rich media creatives for multiple advertising platforms.
- Build interactive animations using Adobe Animate and/or Google Web Designer.
- Ensure creatives meet Google Ads, IAB, and platform-specific technical specifications.
- Optimize banner ads for performance, file size, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers to transform creative concepts into engaging interactive experiences.
Web Development
- Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-first websites and web applications.
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Develop and support PHP-based applications while ensuring code quality and performance.
- Work with MySQL databases for data management and optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, version control, and collaborative development using Git.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Work closely with global teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Frontend or Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress development.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing custom WordPress websites, themes, and PHP-based solutions.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience building HTML5 Banner Ads and Rich Media creatives using Adobe Animate and/or Google Web Designer.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and IAB specifications, including file size optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience developing and maintaining PHP applications with MySQL databases and the LAMP stack.
- Hands-on experience using Git for source code management and collaborative development.
- Comfortable working in the US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
- Willing to work from the Mumbai (Kurla West), Bengaluru, or Gurugram office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in advertising, digital marketing, or creative technology environments.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and UI implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
