Key Responsibilities
2.1 Technical Responsibilities
- Perform welding activities (Arc, Gas, MIG, TIG) for repair and fabrication works.
- Repair hospital equipment such as beds, wheelchairs, trolleys, stretchers, IV stands, and railings.
- Fabricate metal structures and customized fixtures as per departmental requirements.
- Inspect metal components for defects, corrosion, or damage.
2.2 Maintenance Responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance work.
- Support other engineering team members when required.
2.3 Safety & Compliance (NABH)
- Follow all NABH guidelines related to facility safety and maintenance.
- Adhere to fire safety protocols during welding operations.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Ensure safe storage and handling of welding equipment and gases.
2.4 Infection Control Responsibilities
- Follow infection control practices while working in patient care areas.
- Avoid dust, fumes, and contamination during work execution.
- Obtain necessary permissions before working in critical areas (ICU/OT).
2.5 Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of daily work and materials used.
- Report faults, damages, and repair requirements promptly.
- Assist in audits and inspections as per NABH standards.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹20,547.95 per month
