Centre Manager – Preschool (Job Description)
- Centre Operations: Manage the overall functioning of the preschool, ensuring smooth daily operations, child safety, hygiene, statutory compliance, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Academic & Curriculum Excellence: Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum, monitor lesson planning, conduct classroom observations, coach teachers, and maintain high standards of learning and child development.
- Admissions & Parent Engagement: Drive admissions and revenue targets through enquiry conversions, parent counselling, community outreach, and by building strong relationships with parents to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff, conduct regular training, manage performance, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Administration & Reporting: Oversee fee collections, centre budgets, inventory, ERP updates, documentation, MIS reporting, and ensure efficient management of all administrative and financial activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
