About the Role:
We are looking for a Team Leader – Talent Acquisition to lead a recruitment team and drive end-to-end hiring while ensuring quality, productivity, and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive volume hiring through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Monitor team performance, recruitment KPIs, TAT, and joining ratios.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline of Non- IT.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely position closures.
- Handle offer negotiation, candidate follow-ups, and joining closures.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide performance updates.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Handled the team of 4-5 members
- Bulk hiring of especially sales.
- Prior experience in team handling and target-based recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS/CRM.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.
