Requirements
● Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
● Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
● Comfortable handling cold calling and follow-up conversations.
● Ability to maintain call records and update CRM systems.
● Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
● Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls using provided lead data and prospect lists.
● Introduce company services and generate interest among prospects.
● Conduct follow-up calls with existing and potential clients.
● Qualify leads based on basic business requirements and interest levels.
● Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up activities.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and lead tracking.
● Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience
0 to 1 year preferred
Interns are also eligible to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
