Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Helpdesk Executive with excellent communication skills in a US accent to assist our American clients. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding support, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from US clients professionally.
- Understand client issues and provide accurate information or solutions promptly.
- Maintain records of client interactions and support requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- Continuously improve communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear US accent.
- Prior experience in helpdesk, technical support, or customer service handling US clients is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and professionalism in handling diverse client queries.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline; higher qualification is a plus.
Work Timings:
- US Shifts (Night shifts as per US time zones)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
