Job description-
As an inside Sales/Support Representative(ISR) primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue
growth by prospecting, qualifying, and generating qualified leads. He/She will work with sales,
and the Marketing team, and collaborate with other departments to achieve Lead Generation
targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The ISR will work on a 1 to 1 with a sales account manager out of the US.
KRA-
Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling,
email campaigns, social media, and online research. Qualify leads and identify
potential customers by understanding their needs, budgets, and timelines. Conduct
product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of
the company's products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with
prospects and customers, understanding their business goals and challenges.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Maintain Salesforce (SF) excellence.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Lead Generation targets. Stay up-to-
date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Participate in sales
meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales
skills. Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or tele sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-
business) IT industry environment. Experience of handling the US Market is a must.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build
rapport with prospects and customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding
Lead Generation targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of
a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively.
- Knowledge of the product or service being sold and the ability to articulate its value
proposition to customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not
required). Knowledge and flair for IT Services Lead Generation essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Zoho/ZoomInfo/Selling etc
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone, presentation and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
