Role Objective:
To drive business growth and client acquisition across all Kireeti service verticals by identifying opportunities, developing new relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through consultative sales and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities across DGFT, Customs, Subsidy, GST and Legal Consulting divisions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Identify potential clients (manufacturers, exporters, MSMEs, trading firms, logistics, etc.) through research, references and networking.
- Pitch services effectively, prepare proposals, and close deals with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and client database.
2. Market Research & Sector Intelligence
- Track and analyze government policies, trade reforms, and industrial incentives to identify new consulting opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on DGFT schemes (EPCG, Advance Authorization, MEIS, RoDTEP, etc.) and sector-wise applicability.
- Study competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies and client portfolios to improve Kireeti’s market positioning.
- Submit regular market analysis reports to management with actionable insights.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and sustain long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Cross-sell and up-sell multiple Kireeti services to existing clients.
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring coordination between clients and internal departments (DGFT, Customs, GST, Subsidy, Legal).
- Proactively resolve client queries, ensure satisfaction and build a referral network.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with technical consultants to align client requirements with deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams for proposal pricing, payment follow-up and documentation.
- Coordinate with the HR and Training teams for onboarding new BD staff and ensuring consistent performance tracking.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and project status.
5. Branding, Networking & Representation
- Represent Kireeti Consultants at industry conferences, exhibitions, trade bodies, and government interactions.
- Build strategic alliances with chartered accountants, logistics firms and export associations to generate referrals.
- Participate in webinars, awareness drives, and promotional campaigns to enhance Kireeti’s brand visibility.
- Support the marketing team in creating brochures, presentations, and client case studies.
6. Reporting, MIS & Compliance
- Maintain accurate sales records, lead logs, client databases, and activity trackers.
- Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports covering sales pipeline, conversions, and forecasts.
- Track client contracts, renewals, and service extensions.
- Ensure ethical selling practices and strict adherence to internal and client confidentiality policies.
7. Process Improvement & Leadership
- Recommend ways to improve sales and client engagement processes.
- Mentor, lead and support BD team.
- Contribute to setting up sales SOPs and incentive structures.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, consulting sales or B2B client management.
- Exposure to consulting, logistics, finance or government compliance sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient with MS Excel, CRM tools and basic data reporting.
- Willingness to travel within India as per client and project requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
