HR / IR Executive
Vikas Industries is looking for an HR / IR Executive to handle day-to-day HR and Industrial Relations activities. The candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment for machine worker force, employee records, attendance, employee relations, worker coordination, and general HR administration. The role involves ensuring smooth communication between management and employees while supporting overall workforce management and compliance activities.
Experience: 1–5 years.
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab.
Salary: As per experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
