Job Title: Senior MEP Design Engineer
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Design Engineer with 3+ years of experience in MEP design. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, possess leadership abilities, and be capable of managing client interactions while delivering high-quality MEP design solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) design drawings.
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Lead and mentor a team of MEP Engineers and BIM Modelers.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM workflows.
- Ensure designs comply with Indian and international standards and codes.
- Review BOQs, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP Design.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Experience leading design teams and coordinating projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage client meetings and technical discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less.
- Experience working on Indian as well as international projects.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
