Skills And Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. 2–3 years’ hands on experience of Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate ; experience with other Power applications and Python is beneficial.

Advanced proficiency across advanced Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, with an understanding and interest in automation tools such as Copilot Lite and Full.

Able to interpret operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations & effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology a plus. Also, working knowledge of finance relevant to commercial operations, including revenue recognition, billing, and AR.

Education

Responsibilities
-
Execute controls to monitor data quality and process performance, identify root causes, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Manage assigned portfolio and Support Sales teams to ensure smooth transition to the new digitized workflow. Support Sales teams with post-handover operational activities, enabling them to focus on client relationship management and business development and manage mandates from handover through billing, ensuring timely process execution and a seamless client experience.

Handle Sales team inquiries regarding Customer Profile, unique identifiers, and related issues. Deliver premium customer service by responding to issuer inquiries and interacting with clients regarding operational matters and disputes.

Partner with Sales, Global Middle Office, Pricing, Billing, and Collections to resolve Unbilled revenue, aged Accounts Receivable, and other commercial operational issues. Identify and raise issues requiring Manager/AVP/Senior Management involvement and provide briefing memos/support.

Prepare and maintain operational reports and commercial data to support decision-making, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Proactive enough to Identify opportunities to improve processes, Salesforce data quality, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience, including the use of AI tools and automation solutions where appropriate.

Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders globally and contribute to compliance, risk management, and process improvement. Actively contribute to special projects, ad hoc initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

The team plays a critical role in supporting the commercial lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless customer experience. By joining our team, you will help manage key operational processes and reporting related to billing, revenue recognition, regulatory compliance and customer support, while driving continuous improvement through process optimization, risk management, data quality initiatives, and the use of technology and AI-enabled solutions.
