Key Responsibilities:
Independently set up and operate VMC machine and Lathe.
Read and understand engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
Perform precision machining operations such as milling, boring, drilling, tapping, reaming, and pocketing.
Manufacture machine parts, fixtures, jigs, and tool room components.
Understand bearing/shaft/housing fits & precision assembly requirements.
Perform in-process and final inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicators.
Set work offsets, tool offsets, and troubleshoot machining issues.Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality compliance.
Required SkillsExperience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens CNC controllers.Knowledge of G-Codes and M-Codes. Fixture and jig setup experience.
Strong understanding of machining tolerances, fits, and GD&T.Knowledge of precision machining and quality inspection.
Knowledge of precision machining and quality inspection.Ability to work independently in a Tool Room environment.
PreferredExperience in SPM / Custom machine components, fixture, die.Exposure to low-volume, high-precision machining work.
