Telecalling Executive – FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Check and reply to customer emails.
- Receive and process FMCG online orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely order dispatch.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and current offers.
- Upsell and cross-sell FMCG products.
- Maintain call logs, order records, and daily reports.
- Follow up on pending, delayed, or undelivered orders.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil,English And Hindi.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web).
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
