We are looking for a confident and result-driven Tele caller to connect with digital media channels, news agencies, and content creators. The role involves promoting our media equipment sales, licensing solutions, and complete news channel setup services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical/media solutions clearly over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to digital media channels, news agencies, and YouTube/OTT creators
- Explain company services including media equipment, licensing, and news channel setup
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Maintain client database and follow-up regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in tele calling, sales, or customer support (Media/IT/Broadcast preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of digital media, YouTube, or OTT platforms is a plus
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
