The Commi III – Continental Kitchen assists in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of continental dishes while maintaining kitchen hygiene, food quality, and operational standards. The role supports senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation
- Assist in preparation of continental dishes, sauces, soups, salads, sandwiches, and breakfast items
- Perform basic cutting, chopping, marination, and mise-en-place activities
- Ensure ingredients are prepared as per recipe standards
Kitchen Operations
- Support senior chefs during food production and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food orders
Quality & Presentation
- Follow standard recipes and portion control
- Maintain food presentation and taste consistency
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients before use
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain personal grooming and clean uniform
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Follow instructions from Sous Chef / CDP / Executive Chef
Qualification
- Hotel Management diploma/certificate preferred
- Fresher or 1–2 years experience in continental kitchen
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
