Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced International Student Advisor – Australia to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate must have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Australia student counselling and should be well-versed in the complete admission and visa process. The role requires providing accurate guidance to students while ensuring a seamless application journey from counselling to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on higher education opportunities in Australia.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and intakes.
- Manage the complete admission process from application to offer acceptance.
- Assist students with SOP/GTE preparation and visa documentation.
- Coordinate with Australian universities regarding applications and admission updates.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up throughout the admission cycle.
- Stay updated with Australian education policies, university requirements, and visa regulations.
- Achieve individual admission and enrolment targets while delivering exceptional student service.
Key Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in Australia student counselling is mandatory.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end Australia admissions and visa filing support.
- Strong knowledge of Australian universities, admission requirements, GS/GTE guidelines, and visa processes.
- Excellent counselling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
