Job Summary
The Car Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and reliable transportation for company staff, management, and guests. The role includes maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, and supporting administrative and logistical activities as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport company employees, management, clients, and visitors to assigned destinations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per the travel schedule.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel level, engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and battery.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements to the Administration Department immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle logbooks, mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, including registration, insurance, pollution certificate, and permits, are valid and up to date.
- Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transportation policies.
- Assist in transporting office materials, documents, or small equipment when required.
- Plan travel routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and passenger travel details.
- Be available for overtime, weekend, or emergency duties whenever required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management or Administration Department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a professional driver.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require extended working hours, weekends, and travel as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
