About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and monitoring residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects from concept through execution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop concept designs, master plans, and detailed architectural drawings.
● Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
● Review architectural drawings for design intent, functionality, buildability, and compliance.
● Ensure compliance with local development regulations, NBC, fire norms, and statutory requirements.
● Prepare and review design presentations, working drawings, and construction documentation.
● Coordinate with liaisoning, approvals, contracts, procurement, and project execution teams.
● Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to approved drawings.
● Resolve design-related issues during construction.
● Review material selections, mock-ups, and architectural finishes.
● Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
● Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design quality.
● Maintain project documentation and coordinate consultant deliverables.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
● Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
● 5–8 years of relevant experience in residential and mixed-use developments.
● Strong understanding of construction methodologies and building systems.
● Knowledge of Development Control Regulations, NBC, fire safety norms, and approval processes.
● Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
● AutoCAD
● Revit (preferred)
● SketchUp
● Adobe Photoshop / InDesign (preferred)
● MS Office
● Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,910.04 - ₹52,468.77 per month
