Job Description – Senior Sales Executive (Delhi)
Position: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on current CTC and experience)
Industry Preference: Hospital Bed Sales / Real Estate Sales Background / Hospitality Sales / Home Care Sales / Preferred
Preferred Exposure: Real Estate / Hospitality Sales Network
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate leads and build relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, builders, hospitality groups, NRI Clients and corporate clients.
- Manage complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and client servicing.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Mandatory experience in hospital bed sales, Real Estate, or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good network within healthcare, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Existing contacts with hospitals, Hospitality sectors, Health Care centers.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and team management abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary between ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month based on existing salary and experience.
