- Guide and support KG teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Monitor student development and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate parent meetings and student-related communications.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Conduct teacher observations, training, and performance reviews.
- Plan and organize KG events, activities, and assessments.
