Job description
Implement brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives of the Unit, strengthening market positioning and brand identity.
Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Lead on-ground branding initiatives, including health camps, check-up drives, seminars, and community outreach programs.
Conduct market research to analyze target audiences, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Drive community and corporate activations to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Manage public relations activities, including media communication, press releases, and handling communication during crisis situations.
Enhance patient/customer engagement through feedback collection, testimonials, and in-facility activation programs.
Oversee distribution and visibility of offline marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand representation.
Monitor and optimize BTL marketing performance using key metrics such as footfall, leads, and conversion rates.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control across campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors and maintain inventory of branding and promotional assets.
