Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Platform Expertise & Customization:
Hands-on experience and strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including custom development, platform configuration, DevOps, Data Import, Application Security, Client-Server technology, and Networking Systems. Extensive familiarity with High Availability and Disaster Recovery concepts, as well as Middleware and Application Integration.
End-to-End Solution Delivery:
Lead the design, development, and technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring on-time, high-quality implementations. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through to testing and deployment, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Agile and Waterfall Methodologies:
Lead technical efforts across agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring flexibility in managing different development frameworks. Experience in managing sprint ceremonies and leading technical reviews.
Integration & Application Development:
Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow. Expertise in Application Development, Networking, Firewall/Security, Data Center Operations, Backup & Storage Management, and Email Platform Configuration.
Technical Consulting & Leadership:
Lead technical consulting for ServiceNow implementation and customization projects. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions based on industry standards and best practices.
Mentorship & Code Management:
Provide technical mentorship to junior consultants and team members. Lead code reviews, ensure proper version control practices, and maintain code quality. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow for clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving & Technical Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations and provide timely resolutions. Lead technical training sessions for stakeholders, enabling efficient use of the platform.
Design & Customer Demos:
Build high-level and low-level solution designs, ensuring all functional requirements are met. Prepare and present technical demos to clients, articulating technical solutions effectively.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, including technical consulting, implementation, and customization.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, HTML, and CSS for developing and customizing ServiceNow applications. Experience building system integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
ITIL Knowledge:
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience implementing ITIL workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration across teams.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery while fostering team development.
Adaptability & Multi-tasking:
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
Certifications:
Required certifications include ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client and team collaboration.
