Qualifications Required
Ph.D. in Computer Science (Preferred; pursuing candidates welcome)
M.E. / M.Tech. in CSE / IS / Software Engineering with First Class (Mandatory)
B.E. / B.Tech. in CSE / IS or relevant discipline with First Class
Excellent academic record throughout; freshers with strong credentials welcome
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of teaching / industry experience preferred; freshers with exceptional credentials welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction
- Conduct laboratory sessions and maintain proper lab records
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, course files, and assessment materials
- Guide students in academic, mini-project, and capstone project activities
- Participate in research and publish papers in indexed journals
- Conduct value-added courses, certification programs, and skill workshops
- Support NBA, NAAC, and other institutional quality enhancement activities
- Mentor students for career development, placements, and higher studies
- Coordinate industry interactions, guest lectures, and industrial visits
- Attend FDPs, STTPs, and workshops for continuous professional development
- Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular departmental initiatives
Technical Skills
- Core subjects – Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, DBMS, OS, Computer Networks
- Programming Languages – C, C++, Java, Python
- Web Development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js / PHP
- Database management – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Software Engineering – SDLC, Agile, Scrum, UML diagrams
- Cloud Computing basics – AWS / Azure services
- Version control – Git, GitHub / GitLab
- Mobile App Development basics – Android / Flutter
