About the Role
Homeli Architects is looking for a talented Junior Architect with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, possess excellent visualization skills, and be capable of independently handling projects from concept design to execution drawings.
Mandatory Requirements
- B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Interior Design projects is mandatory.
- Must have completed multiple residential interior projects (Apartments, Villas, Individual Houses).
- Experience in commercial interiors is an added advantage.
- Must submit a portfolio of previous interior projects.
- Strong understanding of modern, contemporary, luxury, and minimalist interior design.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders.
- Produce walkthrough videos for client presentations.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, carpenters, and site engineers.
- Visit project sites for measurements and design coordination.
- Ensure drawings are execution-ready and technically accurate.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
