G Skyeagle Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused Operations Head to lead and manage the successful delivery of multiple industrial construction projects across various locations.
The Operations Head will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, procurement coordination, cost control, quality, safety, client relationship management, and operational excellence. The role requires ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual commitments and quality standards.
The incumbent will provide leadership to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety teams, and subcontractors while ensuring effective coordination with Procurement, Accounts, Contracts, and Management.
This position is critical to driving operational efficiency, mitigating project risks, maintaining client satisfaction, and improving overall project profitability.
