Own the specimen lifecycle on assigned client engagements — receipt, labeling, tracking, and analysis of blood, tissue, and body-fluid samples under full chain of custody

Run routine and specialized analyses on hematology and clinical-chemistry platforms, with sign-off accountability for the results you report

Carry the quality system on your bench: daily controls, calibration verification, and the discipline to invalidate your own run when drift says so

Maintain and troubleshoot analyzers and bench equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance so uptime survives the engagement calendar

Keep LIS records audit-ready — registration, result entry, corrections, and the trail that makes any result defensible on demand

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Lab Technician at CryptoMize you will collect and process the samples clinical engagements run on — blood, tissue, and body fluids — performing the analyses that client physicians and programs act upon. The work is supervised by quality systems rather than people looking over your shoulder: the controls, calibrations, and audit trails are the supervision, and owning them is the job.
Equipment stewardship is a standing duty. You will maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, execute preventive maintenance, and manage the wash-sterilize-distribute cycle for glassware and consumables that keeps a bench producing. An engagement’s laboratory does not stop because an analyzer drifted — it stops only when the technician lets it, and we do not let it.
Technicians here also carry teaching weight: supervising interns through scoped bench work, counter-signing their early results, and feeding conversion decisions. Client engagements rotate — you float between medical, pharma, and hospital environments as needs demand — and each rotation makes the methodology stronger, which is precisely why the role exists.
