Role Overview
We're looking for a dependable Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founders across both their work and personal coordination. This is not a strategy or advisory role. We're not looking for someone to run the business. We're looking for a steady, organized coordinator who keeps calendars, meetings, travel, and follow-ups running without a hitch, and who is equally comfortable handling personal appointments and errands as work commitments. Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Coordination
- Block and manage the Co-Founders' calendars for both work and personal commitments.
- Set up meetings outside the office, coordinate timings, locations, and logistics so they're ready to walk in.
- Send reminders and keep the day on track, flagging clashes before they become a problem.
Work Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external partners on behalf of the Co-Founders.
- Follow up on meetings, action items, and pending tasks so things actually get closed.
- Help coordinate events, visits, and other business activities.
Personal Coordination
- Handle personal appointments, reservations, and day-to-day errands.
- Coordinate with family members, service providers, and personal vendors when needed.
- Keep personal commitments running as smoothly as the work ones.
Everyday Admin & Follow-ups
- Keep documents, records, and information organized and easy to find.
- Prepare reminders, simple notes, and to-do lists as needed.
- Handle personal and confidential matters with discretion and care.
Must Haves
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 to 12 years of experience as an EA, PA, or in a similar coordination role.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills. This is the heart of the role.
- Comfortable owning both work and personal coordination with equal ownership.
- Good with calendars, scheduling, WhatsApp, and basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Reliable, punctual, and discreet with confidential matters.
- A settled, mature approach with the patience to handle a busy, shifting day calmly.
- Comfortable in Hindi and English for smooth coordination with vendors, family, and teams.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting founders, business owners, or senior leadership.
- Steady and dependable, someone who is happy in a long-term coordination role.
- Resourceful and proactive, gets things done without needing to be chased.
- Comfortable with occasional coordination outside standard hours when a founder's schedule needs it.
- Warm and easy to work with, both inside the office and with personal contacts.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹470,000.00 per year
