Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products or services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer databases regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
