Key Responsibilities – Casualty Medical Officer (CMO) / RMO – Emergency & Trauma
- Provide immediate assessment, diagnosis, and emergency medical care to patients.
- Stabilize and manage trauma, critical care, and emergency cases efficiently.
- Perform emergency procedures including CPR, airway management, suturing, and basic life support.
- Coordinate with consultants and support departments for timely patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medico-legal documentation.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, NABH standards, and infection control practices.
- Monitor patient condition and ensure timely escalation of critical cases.
- Provide compassionate patient care and effective communication with attendants.
- Participate in emergency response, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Work in rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
