About the Role
We are looking for a strong and experienced Architect with a background in real estate and project development. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of GDCR, planning, design, and real estate project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, and drawings for real estate projects.
- Ensure designs and plans comply with GDCR and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with Civil, Engineering, Legal, and Project teams.
- Review project drawings and suggest design improvements.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for necessary approvals.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design execution.
- Maintain project drawings, revisions, and documentation.
- Support the project team in resolving design and planning issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate / Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of GDCR and development regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural software.
- Good understanding of site planning, layouts, and project development.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with real estate project experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹11,185.08 - ₹35,000.00 per month
