ROLE OF POSITION
The ideal candidate will have to maintain and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
MAIN DUTIES
· Screening resumes
· Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
· Administering appropriate company assessments
· Performing reference and background checks
· Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
· Following up on the interview process status
· Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
· Staying current on the organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
· Completing timely reports on employment activity
· Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
· Requirements
· Proven working experience in recruiting
· Deep understanding of recruitment processes
· Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
· Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
· Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
· Client focus along with relationship building skills
· Business acumen and market insight
· Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
· Integrity and confidentiality
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Graduation or Post Graduation in any field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in handling Human resource
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
· Committed to work on long term
· Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
· An ability to communicate effectively with staff and Management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
