Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and strategic B2B Content Writer who can create high-quality content that educates, engages, and drives demand for our software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of B2B marketing, and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into compelling content for business audiences.
If you have experience writing for SaaS, ERP, CRM, DMS, SFA, or enterprise technology products and understand how content contributes to lead generation and brand positioning, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
✔ Develop high-quality content across multiple formats, including:
- Blogs and articles
- Website pages
- Case studies
- Whitepapers and eBooks
- Product brochures
- Customer success stories
- LinkedIn content
- Email marketing campaigns
- Industry reports and thought leadership pieces
✔ Create compelling content tailored for decision-makers such as CEOs, CFOs, Operations Heads, IT Leaders, and Business Owners.
✔ Simplify complex software concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
B2B Marketing Support
✔ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create content that supports lead generation and sales enablement.
✔ Develop content for different stages of the buyer journey.
✔ Assist in creating messaging and positioning for products and campaigns.
Research & Industry Insights
✔ Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer pain points, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
✔ Stay updated on trends in ERP, CRM, DMS, SFA, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, and Enterprise Software.
SEO, GEO & Content Optimization
✔ Create SEO-optimized content based on keyword research and search intent.
✔ Understand and implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices.
✔ Optimize content for discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms.
✔ Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Editing & Quality Assurance
✔ Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
✔ Maintain high editorial standards across all communication channels.
✔ Update and refresh existing content to improve performance and relevance.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of content writing experience, preferably in B2B technology or software industries
• Strong understanding of B2B content marketing
• Experience writing long-form and short-form content
• Ability to conduct independent research and create authoritative content
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
• Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Surfer SEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar content and SEO platforms
• Understanding of content analytics and performance measurement
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and B2B social media content creation
• Experience working closely with sales and product teams
