We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Italian Pizza Café & Wine Bar. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service experience, and a good understanding of café and wine service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café and restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene
- Manage and train front-of-house staff
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Support inventory control, ordering, and stock management
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving guest experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in café/restaurant management
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine service preferred
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in pizza cafés or casual dining restaurants
- Basic knowledge of wines and pairings
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
