ADVERK Technologies is hiring motivated and enthusiastic candidates for the role of Business Development Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical exposure in business development, marketing, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students and explain company offerings
Handle and follow up on leads
Maintain strong relationships with clients/students
Support marketing and outreach activities
Maintain records and reports of daily activities
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and target-oriented
Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹5,00,000 per annum
Variable Pay: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum (based on performance)
Total CTC: Up to ₹8,00,000 per annum
