Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities related to civil and electrical works, ensuring quality execution, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site civil and electrical work activities
- Monitor construction work such as excavation, concreting, finishing, etc.
- Oversee electrical work including wiring, cabling, panel installation, and testing
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers
- Maintain daily site reports and track project progress
- Ensure proper usage and availability of materials at site
- Implement and monitor safety practices at the site
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Basic knowledge of site management and execution
- Good communication and team handling skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in civil /electrical coordination
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Ability to manage labor and subcontractors
Working Conditions:
- Site-based role
- May require travel or relocation as per project needs

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
