Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handling calls. She will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting with sales or customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records regularly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum High School / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Fresher’s or candidates with tele calling/customer service experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
