Restaurant Supervisor – Chāo, Tangra Chinese Kitchen (Panampilly Nagar, Kochi)
We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations at Chāo. **Responsibilities:**
- Supervise service staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with kitchen for order flow and quality
- Manage staff schedules and on-floor discipline
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Taking orders, managing tables elevating customer experience. Following opening and closing procedures
- Requirements: - 2+ years supervisory experience in a restaurant/QSR
- Strong communication and team management skills - Malayalam/English/Hindi fluency preferred
