Urgent requirement for Project Manager - Interior
Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. This role involves coordination between clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Understand project scope, drawings, and client requirements
- Prepare project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Plan resources (labour, materials, vendors)
2. Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors
- Ensure work is executed as per design and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
3. Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Provide regular updates on project progress
- Handle client queries and feedback professionally
4. Vendor & Material Management
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure timely procurement of materials
- Monitor vendor performance and delivery timelines
5. Budget & Cost Control
- Track project costs and ensure budget adherence
- Approve bills, invoices, and payments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
6. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations
- Resolve on-site issues quickly
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project reports and records
- Submit daily/weekly progress reports
- Keep proper documentation of drawings, approvals, and changes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Civil / Interior Design preferred)
- 6–8 years experience in project management (interior/construction preferred)

- Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Excel / Project tools
- Experience in handling multiple projects
- Vendor management experience
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
