Area Manager – Luxury Spa Operations (Bengaluru)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury spa branches in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple spa branches.
- Drive monthly revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and therapists.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene, SOPs, and service quality across all locations.
- Monitor inventory, expenses, and branch profitability.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness management.
- Experience managing multiple branches is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to travel between spa locations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Salary & Benefits
- 60,000–₹90,000 per month (based on experience)
