Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Sales Support
- Call and engage with cold leads generated through marketing campaigns or databases.
- Qualify leads and convert them into warm prospects by understanding their requirements.
- Schedule meetings or consultations with interior designers and architects.
- Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Customer Support & Account Management
- Assist newly onboarded clients during the onboarding process.
- Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage a few assigned accounts to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordination
- Work closely with the sales, design, and operations teams.
- Ensure proper handover of qualified leads to the field/design team.
- Track meeting outcomes and follow up with potential clients.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside sales, tele-sales, or customer support.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle cold calling and lead qualification.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Experience in home services, interiors, or real estate industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
