- Client Onboarding & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, clearly understanding their requirements for web development, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team (designers, developers, and marketers) to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Engage with potential leads, explain the company's ROI-driven marketing services, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with existing clients by providing regular updates on campaign performance, website maintenance, and growth metrics.
