We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele callers to join our team at Be Max Academy. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, guiding prospective students about courses, and supporting the admissions process.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures to students and parents
Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication records
Support the admissions and counselling team
Maintain positive relationships with students and parents
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication
Respond to WhatsApp and social media enquiries when required
Schedule appointments and student counselling sessions
Maintain daily call reports and enquiry data
Coordinate with branch staff for admission updates and follow-ups
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle calls confidently and politely
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers can also apply
Experience in telecalling/customer support will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,502.00 - ₹17,502.00 per month
