Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Agri Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our agricultural products, including bio-fertilisers and animal nutrition solutions. The role involves both field marketing and sales activities, building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell agricultural products to farmers, dealers, and distributors
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and work in field areas
- Basic knowledge of agricultural products and practices
- Freshers are welcome
Preferred Skills:
- Sales and marketing skills
- Knowledge of bio-fertilizers or agri-inputs
- Ability to interact effectively with farmers
