Position : Asst. Manager – Customer Support
Reports to : GL
Location : Ankleshwar, Mumbai, New Delhi (Haridwar), Vapi
Years of Experience :6 to 8 years
Minimum Qualifications :Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation or MSc in Electronics
Preferred Qualifications : B E holders in Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Comm/ Instrumentation Engineering
Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory)* : Field servicing of electronic equipment
Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred)* : Field servicing and delivering technical training of analytical and laboratory instruments
Responsibilities:
- Candidates will be responsible for field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments like GC’s, GC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR and AAS Spectrophotometers etc
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Generating service and spares income
