Job Title: Telecaller (Bengali Language Preferred)
Location: Patna, Bihar
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries
- Maintain call records and update customer details
- Follow up with potential customers
- Provide excellent customer support in a polite manner
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Preferred language: Bengali (must be able to speak fluently)
- Basic communication skills in Hindi/English (optional)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and convincing skills
Salary:
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
