Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group fitness training sessions.
- Assess clients' fitness levels, goals, and physical abilities.
- Develop personalized workout programs based on individual needs.
- Demonstrate exercises with proper form and technique to ensure safety.
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
- Monitor client progress and modify exercise programs as required.
- Educate clients on fitness principles, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Ensure the gym floor and fitness equipment are clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist members with equipment usage and answer fitness-related queries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance member satisfaction and retention. Personal Training Booklet to be updated adhere.
- Promote wellness programs, fitness packages, and other services offered by the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments, attendance, and progress.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, Exercise Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Certified Fitness Trainer from a recognized organization (preferred).
- CPR and First Aid certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer or General Trainer.
- Freshers with relevant certifications and strong practical knowledge may also apply.

- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and fitness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with strong motivational abilities.
- Ability to work with clients of different age groups and fitness levels.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
