About the Role
Crizpo is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Territory Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our offline presence across Bangalore. The role involves inventory management, outlet maintenance, sales performance tracking, stock reconciliation, collections monitoring, and coordination with field teams to ensure smooth operations across all locations.
The ideal candidate should have strong operational and analytical skills and be capable of identifying fast-moving and slow-moving products based on outlet performance and consumer demand. This role requires frequent field visits, ownership of assigned locations, and close coordination with warehouse, finance, and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels across offline locations.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
- Monitor product expiry and stock rotation.
- Conduct physical stock verification during outlet visits.
- Maintain accurate opening stock, refill quantity, and closing stock records.
Sales, Stock Reconciliation & Performance Analysis
- Track sales performance of each offline location.
- Verify sales through physical stock reconciliation and stock movement analysis.
- Investigate and report stock or collection discrepancies.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products across different outlets.
- Analyze location-wise product demand and recommend the right product mix.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor key business metrics and share actionable insights with management.
Operations Management
- Ensure offline locations are properly maintained, stocked, and operational.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and audits.
- Coordinate with partner locations
- Resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure branding, visibility, and display standards are maintained.
- Maintain photo documentation and operational records for all assigned locations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.
Collections & Reporting
- Track sales collections and payment reconciliations.
- Verify expected collections based on stock movement and sales calculations.
- Record and report collection variances.
- Maintain accurate operational, inventory, and sales records.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Growth Manager.
Warehouse & Supply Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for daily stock dispatches and replenishment planning.
- Ensure accurate recording of stock issued, transferred, returned, and consumed.
- Support inventory planning to maintain optimum stock levels across locations.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the bridge between the Growth Manager and field staff.
- Coordinate and monitor daily activities of field executives.
- Ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with location stakeholders, facility teams, security personnel, and local support contacts.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned locations.
Sampling & Promotional Activity Tracking
- Track and report product sampling, promotional distributions, and non-sales inventory movements.
- Ensure all free products, giveaways, and promotional stock are accurately recorded.
- Maintain records of sampling quantities and associated costs.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Inventory Management, Retail Operations, FMCG Distribution, Supply Chain, or Field Operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore for outlet visits.
- Ability to conduct physical stock verification and inventory handling.
- Must own a smartphone for reporting and operational coordination.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Valid driving license preferred.
