Job Description:
The Pride School is seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher to teach students of Classes 8 to 10. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to students of Classes 8–10 as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students' grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
- Prepare students for school examinations and academic success.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic activities.
- Maintain student records and academic documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to use innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
