Position Overview
Secruit is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented junior recruiter / talent sourcer to support the sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of freelancers and vendors for short-term and long-term localization and AI/Data projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0–1 year of experience who is interested in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and working with global freelance talent communities.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source freelancers, language professionals, AI trainers, data annotators, and subject matter experts through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and online communities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future project requirements.
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment and tracking systems.
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, languages, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, customer support, operations, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
