Job Opening: Sales / Business Development Role
Location: Ahemdabad
Travel: Requires local travel within city and occasional outstation visits (all travel will be managed by the company)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual for a Sales Role to support our admissions and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote educational programs and generate leads through various channels
- Counsel prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
- Represent the institution during local marketing activities, seminars, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, coaching centers, and local partners
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using the CRM system
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Stay informed about programs, admission criteria, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation (expenses covered by the company)
- Prior experience in education sales/admissions is a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
